摘要
通常认为家族经营是难以与市场经济相容的 ,家族经营只有转变为现代企业制度才能发挥市场机制的效率与作用。文章从温州企业家族经营规则与市场规则的相容性出发 ,论述了家族企业在现代市场经济中顽强的生命力 ,论述了家族经营规则与市场规则有相容的一面 ,也有矛盾的一面 ,从而找出家族经营与现代市场经济发展的对接点 ,使传统的温州家族企业维持不断发展的张力。
It is usually considered that family business hardly adapts to market economy, and that the efficiency and function of market system can only be displayed by changing family operation into modern enterprise system. This paper begins with the compatibility between Wenzhou family business operation system and market rules, and then discusses the strong vitality of family business in modern market economy. The family operation system and market rules are compatible to each other, while they also have contradictions. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the linking point of family operation and modern market economy in order to maintain the sustainable development of traditional Wenzhou family business.
