摘要
目的 :为使产妇更加舒适地分娩 ,减少分娩过程中的并发症。方法 :将产程中实施舒适护理的 180例产妇作为观察组 ,未实施舒适护理的 2 0 0例产妇作为对照组。结果 :观察组产妇的产程短 ,剖宫产率 ,产后出血 ,新生儿窒息等明显低于对照组 ,病人满意度高于对照组。结论 :提示对分娩过程实施舒适护理提高了护理质量 ,减少了并发症 ,完善了整体护理内涵。
Objective: To make the lying-in women delivery more comfortable and reduce the complication of delivery course. Method: 180 cases who were applied with comfortable nurse in delivery course as observe group and 200 cases without comfortable care as control group. Results: The duration of labor, the rates of ceasion,the bleeding of post partum and asphyxia of newborn in the observe group were significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Comfortable nurse in delivery course could impove the nurse quality,reduce the complication and perfect the meaning of whole nurse.
