摘要
介绍冲击膜片法测量气流携带液滴粒径的原理及测量方法 ,并给出了在载玻上附氧化镁膜或凡士林膜的操作步骤。该方法费用低、易操作 ,适用于锅炉排烟冷却装置及湿法脱硫系统除雾器出入口液滴或雾滴的测量。
The working principle and measuring method of particle size determination for liquiddroplets carried in gas flow by using impact diaphragm method have been presented, and the operation steps for applying magnesium oxide film or vaseline film on the carrier glass being given. The said method has low cost, being easy to operate, and suitable for measuring liquiddroplets or fogdroplets in outlet or inlet of mistremover in flue gas cooling facility and wet desulphurization system of boilers.
