摘要
通过鼓泡塔试验台研究了净烟气中小液滴的形成规律,并确定了网栅的最佳安装位置。在600 MW机组现场,采用打靶法对鼓泡塔内安装网栅前后不同工况下烟气携带小液滴的浓度进行了测量。结果表明:当鼓泡塔液位为125 mm时,网栅的最佳安装位置是距喷射孔50 mm处;随着塔内运行液位的增加,小液滴浓度明显降低;与改造前相比,改造后的小液滴量急剧减少.在塔内鼓泡反应器中安装网栅能有效降低小液滴浓度,使气-气换热器堵塞速率大大降低,脱硫系统能够在较长周期内运行.
The formation mechanism of small droplets in flue gas after desulfurization was researched through the jet bubble reactor (JBR) test rig and the optimal installation position of wire-netting was determined. The concentration of small liquid droplets carried in the flue gas was measured using the target technology before and after installation of the wire-netting inside the JBR at a 600 MW power unit. Results show that, when the liquid level in the JBR is at 125 mm, the optimal installation position of wirenetting is 50 mm away from the spray-orifices. The concentration of small liquid droplets reduces considerably with increasing liquid level in the JBR. The amount of small droplets reduces dramatically compared with that before reconstruction. It shows that the installation of wire-netting inside the JBR could effectively reduce the concentration of small liquid droplets and therefore lower the blockage rate of the gas-gas heat-exchanger resulting in a longer operation period of the flue gas desulfurization system.
