摘要
本文首先从科技期刊应定位于科技交流平台的角度,论述应在学术成果展示平台、同行学术交流舞台、国际学术交流窗口、科研人才培养基地4方面找准科技期刊的定位;继而提出科技期刊的核心竞争力就是内容的科技属性,科技论文从立题设计、到方法结果要符合科学研究的原则,不仅逻辑性要强,而且要有创新性、时效性。最后论及科技期刊价值,提出学术影响力高、总被引频次高才能体现科技期刊的真正价值,同时其价值还应体现在引领学科发展上。笔者认为,科技期刊需要在转型、改革中寻求发展,这是大势所趋,但也不能忽略了做好内容这一最基本的事情。
This article firstly discussed that scientific and technological periodicals should locate themselves as the platform for communication of science and technology. Then it expounded that scientific and technological periodicals should also serve as the platform for academic result demonstration, stage for peers' exchange of academic communication, window for international academic communication, and base for scientific personnel cultivation. It also pointed out that the core competitive force for scientific and technological periodicals was scientific and technological nature of their contents. It meant that project design, methods and results of the articles in the periodicals should be in compliance with the principles of scientific research, which should be logical, innovative, and updated. In addition, the value of scientific and technological periodicals embodied in their academic influences, frequency of citation, and their contributions to guiding scientific developments. The author believed that scientific and technological periodicals should seek opportunities and development in the process of transformation, which was an inevitable trend, however, the contents in periodicals should not be neglected.
