复发性和难治性霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗 被引量：2

The treatment of relapsed and refractory Hodgkin lymphoma

摘要 复发性和难治性霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)目前是治疗的难点.根据再次分期的结果和临床特点,可以采用挽救性放疗、新的化疗方案等手段,但对部分患者仍不能达到满意的疗效.新的化疗方案,包括吉西他滨、长春瑞滨等以及有新的作用机制的药物,如硼替佐米等已初见成效.大剂量化疗配合自体干细胞移植能够明显提高疗效,已经作为难治性或1年内复发的HL的常规治疗.靶向药物如利妥昔单抗对于HL,尤其是结节性淋巴细胞为主型的HL患者疗效明确.
