摘要
元认知就是对认知的认知,其实质是人对认知活动的自我意识和自我调节。该理论强调个体对自身认知活动的过程和结果进行调节与反馈,对人的认知活动进行了深入的探讨和研究。本文根据元认知的理论基础,探讨了元认知理论对智障学生学习数学的重要作用;在此基础上,提出了培养轻度智障学生元认知能力的方法,最后阐明了培智班教师在数学教学过程中应注意的问题。
Metacognition is the cognition of cognition,the essence of which is the self-awareness and adjustment of cognitive activi- ties in human beings. The theory emphasizes individuals’ adjustment and feedback of their cognitive process and the result. Ac- cording to the theoretical basis of metacognition,this paper firstly probes into the importance of the theory for students with mild mental retardation,then puts forward methods to cultivate the students’ metacognitive ability,and finally expounds what problems the teachers should pay attention to in the process.
