摘要
"让学生成为他自己"这一论断,可用《礼记·中庸》开篇的"天命之谓性,率性之谓道,修道之谓教"这三句话来作深入的阐释。文化就是"人"化,就是以"文"化人,以"人"化物;教育从其宗旨看,就是素质教育;从方式上看,就是文化教育。教育成败的关键是充分调动学生的主观能动性,即自觉性、主动性、积极性这一内因,而在发挥这内因作用的外部条件中具有决定性作用的是教师的水平。
This paper starts from the importance of higher education and research and makes indepth understanding of the thesis 'let students to be themselves' with three sentences at the beginning of the book of rites Zhongyong: 'The mandate of heaven is called nature,straightforward call a way, cultivating Dao is education'. On this basis,this paper further discusses culture is the 'culture' of the people,to change the people with human culture and then people change the culture in turn. As to the education's purpose,it is the quality of education. Judging from the way,it is the cultural education. Then the key of educational success or failure is whether it can fully mobilize the initiative of students,that is,consciousness,initiative and enthusiasm to be able to play a decisive role,among these decisive roles of the external conditions,it is teachers' level that counts.
