摘要
目的了解目前闵行区社区健康咨询服务点的工作现状,为进一步规范和完善咨询点工作提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法对全区咨询点的基本情况、用房和人员配备、硬件设备配置和服务情况进行评估。结果全区410个咨询点中,仅有15.4%的咨询点独立用房,咨询点常见硬件设备配置率平均为88.5%;平均每周健康咨询和测量血压服务人次数大于100人次的咨询点仅有11.9%和14.4%;30.7%的咨询点每周开放次数大于2次,19.8%的咨询点每次开放时间大于5小时。结论闵行区咨询点人员配备和业务水平需要进一步增强。同时,应加大宣传,增加咨询点的服务次数和时间,以提高居民对咨询点的利用率。
Objective To know the quo status of community health counseling spots in Minhang District,and to provide evidence for the construction of community health counseling spots.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the basic information,equipped room,personnel and hardware facilities as well as the provided service.Results Among the 410 spots,15.4% of the spots were equipped with independent rooms,and 88.5% of the spots were equipped with common hardware facilities.Only 11.9% and 14.4% of the spots which provided health consulting and blood pressure measurement service respectively for more than 100 person-time.The proportions of the spots that opened more than twice per week and that provided service more than 5 hours each time were 30.7% and 19.8% respectively.Conclusion The staff allocation and service provided of the spots in Minhang District remain to be improved.Meanwhile,publicity and spots service time and frequency should be increased in order to increase the spots utilization rate.
