摘要
目的了解虹口区社区健康咨询点现状,进一步完善咨询点工作,为居民提供优质服务。方法采用问卷调查并结合现场观察,对全区所有咨询点的硬件配备情况、工作开展情况和规范化程度进行综合评估。结果全区229个咨询点中,85.59%的咨询点挂牌上岗,99.13%的咨询点公布服务时间,99.13%的咨询员来源于健康促进志愿者和医生,98.69%的咨询员热爱咨询服务工作,对待服务者的态度热情、认真、负责。结论咨询点的总体评价令人满意,但咨询点的整体服务水平还有待提高,特别是在咨询点规范化服务、加强对咨询员的业务培训,以及为咨询者提供免费宣传服务等方面还有待完善。
Objective To know the status quo of community health conseling spots in Hongkou District,so as to improve the health counseling spots' work and offer first-class service for the residents.Methods Questionnaire survey combined with field observation was conducted.Comprehensive evaluation was made of equipped hardware,operation and standardization degree for the all 229 spots in Hongkou District.Results The proportion of counseling spots which are listed on the wall while working was 85.59% in the District,99.13% of counseling spots claimed their work time,99.13 % of the consultants come from volunteers and doctors,and 98.69 % of them love consulting work.The consultants' attitude to people is responsible and enthusiastic seriously.Conclusion Overall evaluation in counseling spots is satisfactory.But publicity service remains to be perfect,especially the training for enquiring staff,standardization service of counseling spots in offering free publicity service.
