摘要 研究建立的新一代冲击加速度国家基准装置,在冲击加速度峰值20~1 000 000 m/s2和脉冲持续时间20~200μs范围内,实现了加速度计冲击灵敏度激光干涉法的高精度校准。介绍了装置的结构组成和解决的关键技术问题,描述了中小冲击装置加速度峰值和脉冲持续时间的控制功能,给出了装置的主要技术指标和实验数据。新一代冲击加速度基准装置可以解决国民经济各领域对冲击计量提出的宽量程、高准确度的量值溯源需求问题。 The new generation national primary standard device of shock acceleration was studied and established. It can realize high precision calibration of the sensitivity of shock accelerometer by laser interferometry in the acceleration peak range from 20 m/s2 to 1000000 m/s2 and the pulse-duration range from 20 μs to 200 μs. The device structure and the key technology to be solved were introduced. The performance of acceleration-peak and pulse-duration control for small-medium shock devices were described. The main specifications and experimental results were provided. The new generation national primary standard device can meet the demand of shock quantity traceability in wide range and high accuracy in all areas of national economy.
