摘要
为了提高输电线路微风振动在线监测装置测量数据的准确性和可靠性,文中设计了一种输电线路微风振动在线监测装置的计量标准器。首先研制了振动源,可以输出一个标准的振动激励(频率输出范围为0-200 Hz,振幅输出范围为0-1.5 mm);然后设计了一个标准接口,使输电线路微风振动在线监测装置可以有效测量到振动源输出的激励。经过振动标准装置的测试,计量标准器达到设计要求,可以实现对输电线路微风振动在线监测装置的整体校准。
In order to improve the accuracy and the reliability of the measurement data of transmission line aeolian vibration online monitoring devices, a reference device is designed in this paper. Firstly, a vibration source is developed to generate the standard vibration(frequency output range: 0 ~200 Hz,amplitude output range: 0 ~1.5 mm). Secondly, a test interface is designed so that the output of the vibration source can be effectively measured by the transmission line aeolian vibration online monitoring device. The reference device has been tested with the higher level vibration reference calibrator. The test result indicates that the reference device reaches to the design requirements and can calibrate the whole of the transmission line aeolian vibration online monitoring device.
