摘要
本文通过探索、研究中小学教师继续教育培训模式教师培训模式的发展趋势,分析了我国教师培训的主要弊端,并从培训体制、内容、方式及专业发展途径的创新四个方面提出要进一步创新教师培训模式,也为中小学教师培训以及地方高校为地方教育服务特色培训模式提供理论参考。
In this paper, through the exploration of the development trend of primary and secondary school teachers continuing education training model and teacher training mode, analyzes the main drawbacks of teacher training in our country, and from the four aspects of training system, content, methods and approaches to the professional development of innovation, put forward a new mode of teacher training, also provides the theory reference for the teacher training schools and local colleges and universities for the training mode of characteristics of local education service.
