摘要
独立学院是新形势下的一种高等教育办学模式,学生大都是高考失利或因为基础相对本科二批录取的学生较差而进来的。学生的学习基础相对较差,家庭条件较为优越等各种原因,独立学院的学生中出现"学困生"的现象相对较多。本文中的学困生是指出现学习困难或者学业水平不能达到学校规定,且经常出现迟到、旷课、不遵守课堂纪律、考试作弊、多门课程不及格等不良现象的学生。笔者拟针对独立学院学困生的现状、特点及成因等寻找可促进学困生优化的策略与途径,以期为独立学院学困生工作提供参考。
The independent college is a higher education mode under the new situation, the students are mostly failed in the college entrance examination or because the base is relatively poor to undergraduate course enrolled secondly. Students' study foundation is relatively poor, family conditions are favorable for various reasons, the independent college students in"learning difficulties"phenomenon is relatively more. In this paper ,the students refers to learning difficulties or academic level can not reach the school regulations, and often late, truancy, do not obey the classroom discipline, cheating in exams, courses and other undesirable phenomena of the students failed. The author intends to independent college students present situation, characteristics and causes of learning difficulties for promoting strategies and approaches for optimization, in order to independent college students to provide reference.
