摘要
积极主动地做好大学生党员发展工作,确保党员发展的质量,是高校党员队伍建设的重要内容。文章从高校党建工作的实际出发,对高校党员发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了深入的分析,提出了建立健全教育培训体系、充实完善党建工作队伍、狠抓制度落实、完善监督保障机制,构建高校党员发展质量保障体系等具体措施。
To actively do the development work of college student Party members, to ensure the development quality of Party member, is the important content of construction of Party members team. The paper from the practical point of view of Party construction in colleges and universities, to analyze the main problems in the development process of Party members in colleges and universities, proposes that to establish education and training system, enrich and perfect team, implement the system of Party construction, perfect supervision mechanism, construct the development quality assurance system of Party members in university.
