摘要
新时期对高校党务工作提出了新要求,高质量地完成党务工作及培养更多高素质的党务工作者是高校党务工作建设的目标与方向。高校的扩招、入党积极分子数量的增加、发展党员后期的培养等都为高校党务工作带来巨大的挑战。在高校教师党务工作人员数量变化不大的情况下,探索可行、科学、合理的党务工作建设方案,有利于高校党务工作的发展。基于目前高校党务工作的情况,提出以构建党务工作小组的形式推动高校党务工作建设,并分析发展这一模式的必要性及初步拟定基本的工作原则。

At the same time, the expansion of colleges and universities, the increasing of party activists, the development of party members late and so on bring great challenges for the work of colleges and universities . It is helpful to promote the work of party work in colleges and universities to explore the scientific and reasonable work program of party work. Based on the current situation of party work in colleges and universities, it is proposed to build a party working group in order to promote the construction of party work in colleges and universities, and analyzed the necessity of developing this model and formulated the basic working principle.
