摘要
长久以来,为了增强学生的笔头功夫,提高学生的"应试能力",传统的语法翻译法仍然被广泛的运用在我国大学英语课堂上。随着国际交流日益频繁,英语作为国际交流的载体,使得英语教学的任务发展为通过教师与学生,学生与学生之间语言交流而让学生主动习得英语交际能力。以"实践、参与、交流"为特色的交际教学法被越来越多的大学英语教师使用,大大改善了传统的语法翻译法教学环境下培养出的学生普遍存在"聋哑英语"的情况。本文就语法翻译法在铜仁学院大学英语教学中存在的问题论述了交际教学法在铜仁学院大学英语教学中的应用策略。
For a long time, traditional grammar translation approach is still widely used in College English teaching in China in order to enhance students’ writing skills and strengthen students’ abilities in passing exams. As international communication becomes more and more frequent, English is being used as the tool of international communication, which urges the task of College English teaching to change into cultivating students’ competence of communication. With the application of communicative approach in College English teaching, the phenomenon of“students with low-communicative competence”has been rapidly changed in recent years. This paper lists some problems arise out of grammar translation approach in College English teaching and the application strategies of communicative approach in College English teaching in Tongren University.
