摘要
生态学是中南林业科技大学创建较早、优势突出、特色鲜明的支柱学科。研究生态学大学生就业现状将为高等教育改革提供基础数据和科学依据。调查了中南林业科技大学生态学2009届—2011届大学生就业去向,认为当前生态学大学生就业存在三个方面的问题:生态学专业人才培养与社会需求之间的矛盾,学生就业观念、就业素质有待提高,学生考研深造与直接参加工作的矛盾。提出了相关的对策与建议:发展以社会需求为导向的生态学专业人才培养方向,做好大学毕业生就业市场调研及质量反馈工作,加强对毕业生的就业指导和就业培训。
Ecology is a pillar discipline in Central South University of Forestry & Technology,with relatively earlier establishment,great priority,and distinguished features.The study on the employment destination of ecology graduates will provide basic data and scientific basis for the higher education reform.This paper investigates the employment destination ecology graduates in Central South University of Forestry & Technology from 2009 to 2011.There are three problems in undergraduate employment of ecology: the gap between ecology professional talent training and social needs,and necessary to improve students’ employment concept and employ quality,and the conflict of the students who want further study and directly to work.The paper puts forward such relevant countermeasures and suggestions as developing employment-oriented ecology professional talent training,carrying out the graduate employment market research and quality feedback work,and strengthening the guidance and training for graduates’ employment.
