摘要
山豆根多糖不仅刺激淋巴细胞增殖、促进PWM诱导的抗体产生,而且有刺激小鼠淋巴细胞分泌IgG的作用。研究PWM和该多糖的相互作用发现,淋巴细胞若先用PWM刺激2d,再加多糖刺激,产生IgG的能力降低;若先或与PWM同时用该多糖刺激,则可增高IgG的产生。
Experimental results revealed that Sophora subprostrata Chun et T. Chen polysaccharides (Ps) could induce and potentiate PWM-induced production of antibody as well as proliferate antibody-forming lymphocytes. Moreover, the potentiation of Ps on antibody production induced by PWM related to the sequence of addition of both.
