教师参与课程开发与专业发展:融合还是分离?

摘要 教师参与课程开发既是教师专业发展的需要,也是教师专业发展的权利。教师的专业发展渗透于课程设计、课程实施、课程评价的各个阶段。在我国,由于缺乏教师参与课程开发的传统,在实践中遇到诸多的难题,如教师积极性不高、知识能力有限、教学任务繁重等。本文在探讨上述问题的基础上,提出了应对之策,以期为促进我国教师专业发展提供参考。
