摘要
笔者在教学中发现高校女生耐力素质较差。针对这一情况,笔者在健美操教学中充分利用项目特点,来锻炼学生的耐力素质。结果表明:健美操锻炼能提高学生的耐力素质。
It has been discovered that the girl-students in universities are poor in stamina quality. Hence the writer makes good use of the features of aerobics exercises to train the stamina quality of girl-students. The result shows that this event could enhance the stamina quality of girl-students.
