摘要
通过实验法及数理统计法等研究方法,对佤族木鼓舞锻炼前后大学生心理健康指标进行对比研究,心理健康测试指标采用SCL-90量表以及POMS量表进行测试,对实验前后大学生的心理健康指标进行对比分析。结果表明,实验后大学生的心理健康指标明显优于实验前,证明佤族木鼓舞能有效提高大学生的心理健康水平及心境状态。建议:佤族木鼓舞有着独特的民族文化内涵及锻炼价值,应积极在全面健身活动中进行推广,可把佤族木鼓舞作为民族地区学校特色课间操等活动中进行开设,此外,佤族木鼓舞可作为改善及提高学生身心健康的路径与方法。
Using such research methods as experiments and mathematical statistics,this study gives a comparative study of the college-student's mental health indicators before and after the wooden drum performance.Scales SCL-90 and POMS are adopted as the mental health indicators in this experiment.The results show that their mental health indicators after the experiment are obviously better than those before the experiment.This has demonstrated that the wooden drum performance can effectively improve their mental health and moods.It suggests that the wooden drum performance should be popularized in health training due to its unique ethnic cultural connotations,especially valuable as a school program in the ethnic minority areas.
