摘要
以Hanbon C-18为色谱柱(Φ4.0mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(含0.1%十二烷基磺酸钠)(体积比50∶50)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,流速为1.0mL/min.结果表明盐酸小檗碱在12~120μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=5.7916x-17.715(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.56%,RSD为1.60%,用高效液相色谱法测定妇炎康片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于妇炎康片的质量控制.
To develop a method to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Fuyankang.The content for berberine hydrochloride in Fuyankang tablets was determined by HPLC.Condition of HPLC was Hanbon C18 column (Φ4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid contains 0.1% dodecyl sodium sulfate(V/V=50∶50),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 265 nm.Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear ralationship at a range of 12—120 μg(r=0.999 4).The average recovery was 100.56% with RSD 1.6%.The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Fuyankang tablets.
