摘要
该方法建立清热止带颗粒含量测定方法。本文选用了高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Agilent C18分析柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调p H至3.0)(25∶75);检测波长:345 nm;流速:1.0 ml.min-1。盐酸小檗碱在0.408--1.836μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 5(n=6),平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.61%(n=6)。该方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法的参考依据。
A method is built to measure Berberine Bydrochloridein in Qingre Zhidai granule by using high efficiency liquid chromatography( HPLC),agilent C18 column( 4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 05mol·L-1three triethylamine solution( adjusted to p H 3 with phosphoric acid)( 25∶ 75),the detection wavelength: 345 nm. Flow rate: 1. 0ml·min-1. In 0. 408 ~ 1. 836 μg,berberine hydrochloride has good linear relationship with them( r = 0. 999 5( n = 6)) and average recovery rate( 97. 7 %,RSD = 1. 61 %( n = 6)). The method is simple,high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
