摘要
在碱性介质中,盐酸小檗碱对luminol-KIO4化学发光反应有强烈抑制作用,且其抑制的程度与盐酸小檗碱的浓度呈线性相关.据此,建立了快速、简便、灵敏度高的流动注射-化学发光测定盐酸小檗碱的新方法.方法的线性范围为1.0~10^3 PgmL^-1,检出限为0.3 PgmL^-1(3υ),RSD小于5%(n=5).采用标准加入法,成功地测定了药物中盐酸小檗碱的含量,回收率为84.1%-110.0%.
It is found that berbefine hydrochloride sensitively inhibits the CL generated from luminol-KIO in alkaline medium. The decrement of CL intensity is proportional to the concentration of berberine hydrochloride. So a new chemiluminescence method for determination of berberine hydrochloride is developed with simple, rapid and high sensitive flow injection technique. The decrement of CL intensity is linear over the concentration of berberine hydrochloride ranging from 1.0 to 103 Pg· mL^-l. The detection limit is0.3 pg · mL^-l with a relative standard deviation of less than 5.0% in 5 repeated measurements. By generalized H-point standard addition method, the content of berberine hydrochloride in medicine is measured successfully and the recovery rate is 84.1% - 110.0%.
