摘要
目的 探讨视网膜母细胞瘤的TGF β1和TGF βRⅡ的表达及其与临床病程和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测TGF β1和TGF βRⅡ在 37例视网膜母细胞瘤瘤组织中的表达 ;用HPIAS 10 0 0彩色病理图像分析系统测量其平均积分吸光度值。结果 在 37例视网膜母细胞瘤组织切片中 ,均可见瘤细胞TGF β1表达强阳性 ,其表达水平明显高于正常视网膜 ,视神经浸润组的瘤组织中TGF β1的表达水平明显高于无视神经浸润组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,眼外期组TGF β1的表达水平明显高于眼内期组和青光眼期组。TGF βRⅡ在 37例瘤组织中均为阴性。 结论 TGF β1的表达水平增高与临床分期和视神经浸润有关 ;高表达TGF β1可能意味预后不良 ;对TGF
Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β RⅡ in retinoblastoma(Rb),and their relationships in clinical stage and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of TGF-β 1 and TGF-β RⅡ in 37 cases of paraffin enbeded Rb samples. The quantitative analysis of the expression of TGF-β 1 was assessed by HPIAS-1000 Color Pathologic Analysis System.Results In all the 37 cases of Rb specimens,TGF-β 1 was expressed positively in tumor cells; The level of the expression of TGF-β 1 was significantly higher in tumor than in normal retina (P<0.05)and there is significant difference between the optic nerve invasion group and the non-optic nerve invasion group (P<0.05)and TGF-β 1 was higher in extra-eye stage than in glaucoma stage or intra-eye stage. TGF-β RⅡ was found negative in all 37 cases.Conclusion The increased expression of TGF-β 1 was significantly related to clinical stage and optic nerve invasion; the over expression of TGF-β 1 may indicate poor prognosis;the loss of response to the inhibitive effect of TGF-β 1 may contribute to the formation of Rb.
