TGFβ_1及其Ⅱ型受体在涎腺黏液表皮样癌中的表达

摘要 [目的]研究TGFβ1、TGFβRⅡ在涎腺黏液表皮样癌中的表达和意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学SP法检测10例正常涎腺组织、45例黏液表皮样癌中TGFβ1和TGFβRⅡ的表达。[结果]正常涎腺组织、黏液表皮样癌中均表达TGFβ1阳性,但正常组的染色强度明显低于肿瘤组(P<0.05);TGFβRⅡ在正常涎腺组的阳性表达率为100%,在肿瘤组的阳性表达率为42.22%,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且高分化组TGFβRⅡ的阳性表达显著高于中、低分化组。[结论]TGFβ1的高表达和TGFβRⅡ的缺失在黏液表皮样癌的发生发展过程中可能起重要作用。 [Purpose]To investigate the expression and significance of TGFβ1 and its receptor Ⅱ (TGFβRⅡ)in salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC).[Method] The expression of TGFβ1 AND TGFβRⅡ protein in 10 cases with normal salivary gland tissue and 45 cases with MEC was detected by the streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) immunohistochemical method.[Results]Positive expression of TGFβ1 was detected in both normal salivary gland and MEC, but positive stain intensity of normal salivary gland was significantly weaker than that of MEC (P〈0.05). The positive rate of TGFβRⅡ expression in normal salivary group was 100% which was significantly heavier than that in MEC (42.22%,P〈0.05). in MEC, compared with moderately and poorly differentiated groups, well differentiated group showed increased positive rate of TGFβRⅡ.[Conclusion] The high expression of TGFβ1 and the defect of TGFβRⅡ may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of MEC.
