教师专业化发展中的不和谐因素及其应对措施

摘要 教师专业化发展已是我国教师教育改革的一个重要取向,也已成为教师教育实践的主流话语。然而,在教师专业化运动如火如荼的开展过程中,出现了一些不和谐的因素。
