摘要
随着中国市场经济的发展和社会的多元化,人们对教师职业道德的评价标准日益出现分歧;同时,伴随教师专业化运动的发展,师德问题也越来越凸显其重要性。如何理性认识师德问题,如何区分师德与影响教师发展的相关问题的关系,将是本文主要阐述的内容。
As China＇s market economy development and social diversity, people＇s evaluation criteria on teachers＇professional ethics are increasingly divided. At the same time, along with the development of teacher professionalization movement, ethics problems seem to be more important. Rational understanding of morality of teachers, distinguishing the relationship between ethics and issues related to teacher development, will be the contents that the article focuses on.
