摘要
近几年来,各类自然灾害呈现出频发、多发、重发的趋势,恶劣天气和重大灾情几乎年年出现。加油站布局分散,点多面广,生产经营易受各类自然灾害的影响。本文通过总结不同地区、不同时段的加油站受灾特点,对294起自然灾害造成的3000多座加油站受灾情况进行了综合分析,提出了加强和改善加油站资产状况,减少和避免灾害损失的措施和建议。
There is a trend that natural disasters occur frequently, increasingly and repeatedly and heavy weathers and serious disasters hit the country almost each year. Service stations are numerous and distributed across a wide range so that their production and operation is liable to be affected by natural disasters. This article summed up the features of disaster affection on service stations in different areas and during different periods, analyzed the affection of 294 natural disasters on more than 3000 service stations, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to consolidate and improve the condition of service station assets so that to minimize and avoid any loss caused by disasters.
