摘要
合理的规划电动汽车充电站的规模与位置在电动车普及的过程中具有重要的意义。以往的充电站选址模型都假设充电站的建设费用与其所含充电桩的数量呈线性关系。本文进一步贴合实际,考虑了充电站建站费用与充电桩数量的非线性关系,建立建站费用与充电桩数量的关系模型;并在此基础上,以总建站费用最小为目标,建立充电站选址模型,该模型假设所有电动汽车的充电需求都能被满足。然后以上海市崇明县为例,对比了三种不同关系模型参数下选址结果的差异。算例表明,在三种不同参数下,充电站的选址结果互不相同。与以往的充电站选址模型对比,其选址结果也有所不同。因此,文中所建立的充电站选址模型能切实的反映建站费用与充电桩数量关系对充电站位置及规模的影响。
Rational planning the scale and location of the alternative-fuel stations is quite important to the spreading of the electric vehicles. Previous flow-refueling models for locating alternative-fuel stations assume that the relationship between the construction cost and the number of charging pile is linear. In this paper, we focus on the nonlinear relationship between the construction cost and the number of charging pile which is more realistic and establish a flow-refueling model with the objective of minimizing the total construc- tion cost of the alternative-fuel stations. It is assumed that sufficient stations will be buih to satisfy the entire demand. Then we choose Chongming County as an example and compare the locating results under three different versions of parameters. The results show that the locating results are different under different parameters. The results are also different from the results of the previous location mod- el. Therefore, the location model established in this paper can effectively reflect the impact of the relationship between the construction cost and the number of charging pile to the location and the scale of the alternative-fuel stations.
