摘要
含分布式电源配电网具有灵活的故障重构能力,使传统的可靠性评估解析算法难以适用。为此,文中计及了负荷功率及风力发电和光伏发电出力的随机性,推导了负荷获得分布式能源供电的概率计算公式。在此基础上,提出了计及故障重构的含分布式电源配电网的可靠性评估快速算法。利用该算法,对不同故障重构策略下美国PG&E 69节点配电网的供电可靠性进行了计算分析。结果证明了文中理论分析的正确性,验证了所述方法能全面、定量地评估含分布式电源配电网的供电可靠性,表明其可为配电网故障快速恢复策略的制定和评价提供理论依据。
As a distribution system possessing distributed generations (DSDGs) with flexible fault reconfiguring capability makes it impossible to use the conventional analytical algorithm for reliability evaluation, a probability calculating formula for a load acquiring supply by backup sources is derived by taking into account the randomness of wind generators, solar generators and loads. Then a new method for fast reliability evaluation of DSDG is proposed with the network reconfiguration and the probability calculation of a load supplied by backup sources taken into account. A reliability evaluation for different reconfiguration schemes based on the PGg〉E 69-bus system in USA is performed by the method. The results have proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the ability of the method proposed to comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the reliability of a DSDG, thus providing the self-healing control scheme formulation and evaluation with theoretical basis.
