摘要
番茄子叶及下胚轴切段能被含ｎｐｔ－Ⅱ基因和ｍｔｌＤ基因的根癌农杆菌感染。
Cotyledon and hypocotyl explants of tomato can be infected by Agrobacterium tumerfaciens which contain a npt-Ⅱ gene and a mtlD gene. Kanamycin resistant calli has been obtained.
