摘要
目的:了解我院抗菌药物使用情况,提高抗菌药物临床应用水平。方法:分别统计2012年、2013年我院抗菌药物销售金额占全部药品的比例,全年销售金额前10名抗菌药物以用药频度(DDDs)排序、住院患者抗菌药物使用率等各项指标进行分析评价。结果:2013年比2012年抗菌药物销售金额占总药品金额的构成比明显下降,2013年住院患者抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物使用强度、Ⅰ类切口手术相关指标等数据均比2012年有所改善。结论:医院通过认真组织学习、贯彻落实《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,自开展抗菌药物专项整治活动后采取的一系列管理措施,对促进临床抗菌药物合理应用具有可行性和有效性。
Objective:Understand the use of antibacterial agents in our hospital ,improve the level of clinical applica-tion of antibacterial drugs .Methods:Statistics of 2012 ,2013 ,our hospital antimicrobial drug sales amount percentage of all medicines,annual sales amount of the top 10 antimicrobial agents in hospitalized patients with medication frequency (DDDs) sorting,antimicrobial usage indicators for analysis and evaluation ,etc.Results:In 2013 than in 2012,the composi-tion of antimicrobial drugs sales amount to total amount of drug ratio declined obviously ,2013 hospitalized patients with anti-microbial usage and intensity of antimicrobial drug use ,Ⅰincision surgery related index data are better than in 2012 .Con-clusion:Hospital through careful organization learning ,the implementation of the guiding principles of the clinical applica-tion of antibacterial drugs ,since special antimicrobial activity of a series of management measures ,to promote the reasonable application of antibiotics has the feasibility and effectiveness .
