摘要
高校教师业绩评价对高校的现代化建设起到至关重要的作用，研究一个可行，有效的教师评价办法不仅是对教师在教学和科研上的促进，更是为学校长远发展打下良好的基础。本文通过研究现行高校教师评价办法，明确存在问题，规划出改革措施，为实践提供参考。
University teachers' performance evaluation plays a crucial role for the modernization of universities, research a viable, effective teacher evaluation method for teachers not only promote in teaching and research, but also lay a good foun-dation for long-term development of the school. By studying the existing university teacher evaluation approach to defining problems, planning the reform measures, to provide a reference for the practice.
