摘要
该研究以S大学C学院为例,将胜任力理论引入高校班主任的研究,采用质性研究的方法,利用Nvivo8.0软件进行资料分析,总结出高校班主任知识、技能、态度、特质4个维度的胜任特征,构建了高校班主任胜任力模型,以为高校班主任的选拔、培训、考核和激励提供理论支持和实践指导。
This subject introduced competency theory into the study of faculty advisor for college student class with a case study of C college in S university. By means of qualitative research with Nvivo 8.0, the competency of faculty advisor for college student class was found containing 4 dimensions(9 elements): knowledge, skill, attitude and character. A competency model was constructed which would be instructive in the practice of selecting,training,assessing and awarding of the advisors in colleges.
