摘要
建设低碳生态城市是渝东南翼城市化发展实现速度与效益并重、扩张与内涵融合的有效载体,也是城市建设实现特色发展、绿色发展的突破口。渝东南翼低碳生态城市建设的总体思路路径是瞄准一个定位,做好六篇文章,构建五大保障。
Constructing low-carbon ecological city is an effective carrier for achieving both speed and efficiency and mingling expanding with connotation in urbanization in southeast Chongqing,and is also a breakthrough to characteristic development and environment-friendly development in urban construction.The general concept for constructing low-carbon ecological city in southeast Chongqing is to make a good orientation,deal well with six matters,and construct five insurances.
