摘要
本文直面教育严重滞后的渝东南农村地区,通过对该地区小学英语师资现状的调查分析,指出存在的问题,并在反思的基础上,提出该地区农村师资培训的有效对策。
The paper focuses directly on the far-behind development of Primary English in suburban areas in South-east Chongqing,points out the existing problems through the investigation and analysis of English teaching staff,and finally provides effective strategies for primary English teacher training in this area.
