摘要
本研究揭示,聋生家长与聋校教师对“家长参与”的看法普遍存在分歧,在一定程度上影响了家长与教师伙伴关系的形成,影响了家长的参与行为。本文讨论了分歧产生的原因,并提出通过协商解决分歧。此外,学校应举办家长学校,以帮助家长提高参与意识。
A survey of deaf school teachers',and parents' views on parental involvement was conducted in Chongqing,China.Results indicate that disagreement in the meaning of “parental involvement” between teachers and parents is quite obvious.The reasons of disagreement are analysed in three aspects.It's recommended that the disagreement should be solved by negotiation,and “special' school for the parents should be organized to promote their involvement.
