摘要
心理障碍普遍存在于体育教学的过程中,只是因为其受教育者的群众或人体受地域、经济、文化、社会环境等多方面的影响的不同而其程度深浅不同而已。本文详细地探讨了大学生在体育教育中心理障碍的独特表现及其源流,它具有明显的倾向性,它在兴趣、情绪、求知欲、信心、毅力、性格心理等方面具有相当的独特性。为了达到对大学生的体育教学的价值目标与价值追求,笔者提出了四种克服大学生心理障碍的方法。
