摘要
目的建立测定蜂蜜中土霉素和盐酸金霉素含量的方法。方法采用紫外光度法测定土霉素和盐酸金霉素的含量。结果在甲醇溶液中,土霉素和盐酸金霉素的最大吸收波长分别在364nm和319nm处,在0.56~6.72g/mL和1.03~20.60g/mL浓度范围内有很好的线性关系,回归方程和相关系数分别为Y=0.0254X0.00644,r=0.99355和Y=0.02391+0.02756X,r=0.99493。结论该方法操作简单,重现性好,可准确用于蜂蜜样品中土霉素和盐酸金霉素含量的测定,结果满意。
Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline hydrochloride in honey samples.Methods The contents of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline hydrochloride were determined by ultraviolet(UV) spectrophotometry.Results In methanol solution,the maximum absorption wavelengths of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline hydrochloride were at 364 nm and 319 nm,respectively.It had a good linear relationship between the concentration range of 0.56~6.72 g/mL and 1.03~20.60 g/mL,and the regression equation and the correlation coefficient were Y=0.0254X 0.00644,r=0.99355 and Y=0.02391+0.02756X,r=0.99493.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,good reproducibility,and high accuracy,and it can be used to determine the contents of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline hydrochloride in honey samples.
