摘要
目的:建立内标法测定甲硝唑片的含量,内标法与外标法测定结果进行比较,内标法准确度更高。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters symmetry-C18,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L草酸溶液(40:60,V/V),检测波长为268 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl。结果:甲硝唑质量浓度在10.0~150.0μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=0.81%(n=3)。结论:本法简便、准确,专属性好,精密度高,可用于甲硝唑片的质量控制。
Objective:Metronidazole tablets, the internal standard method and external standard assay results were compared, the internal standard method to establish the accuracy of the determination within higher standard method. Method: Waters symme-try-C18 , Methanol-0.02mol/L oxalic acid solution as the mobile phase (40:60:1,V/V).The detection wavelength was 268nm, The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 25℃, the injection volume was 20μl. Result:The linear range of metronida-zole was 30~110.0μg·ml-1 (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 99.53%and RSD was 0.81%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is sim-ple, accurate and suitable. It can be used for quality control of metronidazole tablets.
