摘要 本文采用ASPEN HYSYS流程模拟软件对减压塔的实际运行情况进行了模拟。通过模拟得到了装置总的物料平衡、操作条件及产品质量指标等结果,并将模拟结果与实际工况进行比较。通过对装置的模拟真实地反映了装置的运行工况,为装置的稳定生产、优化节能提供参考依据和模拟操作平台。 The practical operation of vacuum distillation tower was simulated by the ASPEN HYSYS process simulation software in this article. The consequence that is the overall material balance, operating conditions and product quality indicators, etc. is obtained through simulation, and the simulation results are compared with the actual working condition.The simulation actually reflects the operating mode of the device, which could provide some references for the stable operation and optimization of energy-saving of the device,and provide simulation platform for the device.
