摘要
随着流程模拟技术在炼油化工生产中的不断推广应用,越来越多的装置已经开始通过模拟来优化装置的操作,从而提高企业的经济效益。通过使用HYSYS.Process稳态流程模拟软件平台,建立生产装置部分模型,进行换热结构调整,计算新添加换热器所需的换热面积。
With the extensive application of process simulation in petrochemical industry, more and more chemical plants seek to optimize operation with simulation software to increase their benefit. In this paper, HYSYS process simulation software was used to establish partial workshop model, to adjust heat exchange configuration, and to calculate heat exchange area of new additive heat exchanger.
