简述了Aspen Hysys流程模拟软件在石油化工装置工艺设计过程的重要性和应用情况。介绍了某石化公司酸性水汽提和干气、液化烃脱硫、溶剂再生的工艺流程,装置模型通过流程模拟软件Aspen Hysys搭建,模拟计算的结果与装置实际运行情况较为接近,说明Aspen Hysys模拟计算采用的热力学方程和建立的模拟流程具有较高的可信度,满足设计的要求,其结果对于实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
The importance and application status of Aspen Hysys process simulation software in the petrochemical process design are briefly presented. The technical processes of acid water vapor extraction,dry gas and liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization and solvent regeneration in a petrochemical corporation are described,and the plant model is set up by Aspen Hysys process simulation software.The results of simulation calculation are close to the actual operation of the plant,which indicates that the thermodynamic equation used in Aspen Hysys simulation calculation and the established simulation process exhibits higher credibility and can meet the design requirements. The results of simulating calculation have certain directive significance for the actual production.
