摘要 随着我国经济和社会的飞速发展,我国的食品安全事故频频发生,不仅给食品企业带来了巨大的经济损失,而且严重打击了消费者的信心,食品安全问题已经越来越受到社会各界的重视。文章分析当前食品安全的现状,以及从企业的角度加强食品安全检验的重要意义,同时分析了校企合作背景下食品企业进行检验人才培养的可行性,总结了加强校企合作食品企业检验人才培养的策略。从食品安全的角度研究食品企业检验人才的培养,可以为食品企业检验人才的培养提供一些借鉴。 With the rapid development of China's economic and social,China's food safety accidents occur frequently,not only to the enterprises of the food brought huge economic losses,and a serious blow to consumer confidence in food safety issues have been more and more social the attention of all walks of life.By analyzing the current status of food safety,as well as analysis of the importance of strengthening food safety inspection from the business perspective,food enterprises in the context of school-enterprise cooperation inspection personnel training feasibility summarizes strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation food strategies of enterprise inspection personnel training.Food companies test the training of personnel from the point of view of food safety research for food companies to test the training of personnel to provide some reference.
