摘要
本文总结了我校多年来在实践"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式中的成绩和经验,同时结合我校的实际情况,在实践和探索中存在着一些阻碍该模式开展的困难和问题,并探讨如何解决存在这些困难和问题的对策。
The achievements and experiences of the practice of work-learning integrated,school-enterprise cooperated talent training mode of Fujian Secondary Communication Vocational School over many years were summarized.In relation with the school’s actual situation and obstacles in the practice and exploration of the talent training mode,ways to resolve these difficulties and countermeasures against the encountering problems are presented.
