摘要
为了提高切片质量,以利于镜下观察和诊断,对石蜡切片HE染色中出现的问题进行总结和分析,提出了预防和处理办法.
Based on the problems arising from the summary and analysis of the HE colour of Paraffin Sections ways of precautions and handling are put forward with and aim to improving the quality of Paraffin Sections,thus facilitating the observations and diagnosis under microscopes.
