摘要
资产评估是一门理论性和实践性都很强的课程 ,传统的教学思想观念、教学方法手段已不适应其要求 ,因此必须进行教学方法手段等改革 ,改变传统的教学观念 ,引入计算机辅助教学和加快实验室建设。
Assets Valuation is a course with theoretic and practical characteristeics. Since the traditional teaching theories and means have been out of date, reform is necessary. It mainly includes the following aspects: changing the traditional teaching thoughts; using the CAI; improving the establishment of labs.
