摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC测定山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Symmetry shield RP C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为310nm。结果:三叶豆紫檀苷在0.49~4.9μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系;精密度试验相对标准偏差为1.31%;加样回收率为96.69%~98.57%;山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量为0.019%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量的测定。
Objective: To develop a method to determine trifolirhizin in Radix et Rhizoma sophorae tonkinensis by RP-HPLC. Method: The analytical column was symmetry shield RP C18 column.The mobile phase was methanol-water(50:50). Result: The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.49 μg~4.9μg for trifolirhizin. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision test was 1.31%.The recovery was between 96.69% and 98.57%. Trifolirhizin contents in Radix et Rhizoma sophorae tonkinensis was 0.019%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate,and reliable for the determination of trifolirhizin in Radix et Rhizoma sophorae tonkinensis.
